Privacy

The short version: we collect only what you send us, use it only to reply, and never sell it.

Last updated October 16, 2026

What we collect

Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, and message, plus your company and topic if you choose to add them.

To stop spam, the server briefly remembers your IP address for up to an hour and your email address for up to a day. This is kept in temporary memory only and is never written to a database or log.

How we use it

To reply to you, and to send you a single confirmation email when you get in touch. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or rent your information.

Who else handles it

Messages are delivered by Resend, an email service, and arrive in our business email inbox. The site itself runs on a server we manage.

If you use a “Book an intro call” link, on this site after you send a message or in our confirmation email, you’ll book through Zoho Bookings, which has its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

None. This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers. Even the fonts are served from our own server. Our confirmation email loads nothing from third parties: its painting comes from this site, is shared by many recipients, and isn’t used to track when you open it.

How long we keep it

Your messages stay in our inbox for as long as we’re talking or working together. If you’d like them deleted, just ask.

Your choices

Email support@nohatek.com to see what we have, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll confirm once it’s done.

Changes

If this changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
